Yet once this training is over, the Lebanese Government needs jobs to keep these people in the country. This will result in a boost to taxes, GDP, and spillover. Without this, the fear is that they could go abroad looking for work, cancelling out any progress made. By creating a grassroots tech movement, one based in iGaming provisions both to Lebanon and other countries, this would be one viable solution.
